The aim of the Dealer Yamaha Motor Italia project managed by O-One s to align the communication between the individual dealers and Yamaha Motor Italia. This level of coordination has the aim of further optimizing the effectiveness of the commercial message of each dealer, always taking into account its specific characteristics.
The challenge for Yamaha Motor Italia is to improve the image conveyed on the social media accounts of its official dealers, ambassadors of the brand in Italy.
From constant alignment with the dealers participating in the project and from direct contact with the Area Managers, O-One has developed a communication strategy and social adv plans tailored to each dealer. Periodic meetings, consulting and training are key to the coordinated processing of effective strategies, able to respond to the needs of each dealer and their reference market.
The network of concessionaires that have joined the project is expanding and is continually updating; the result is a system of proactive consultancy and "tailor-made" management, through which O-One constantly monitors the digital approach of the individual dealers, providing Yamaha Motor Italia with a detailed real-time picture. This approach also makes it possible to design original editorial content, in line with the objectives of the brand and individual dealers, integrating them with those shared by the official Yamaha Motor page.
O-One carries out continual social coordination to keep the communication of the participating dealers in line. For many dealers, specific training plans have also been implemented for internal staff.
