Lavazza Espression has chosen us to establish a digital relationship with consumers all over the world who value taste and typical Italian values, in the symbolic environments of the Lavazza brand and to coordinate international activity to monitor and capitalize on the social communication initiatives of local coffee shop owners.
We have created a social strategy that embraces the objectives of positioning and communicating the brand, through editorial formats that differentiate the Espression concept from competitors, interpreting the typical trends of coffee and food / beverage markets.
We dealt with: definition of editorial concepts, visuals and production of in-store seasonal photographic services as a strategic source for all Espression branded visual storytelling activities.
We carried out international coordination actions and training support for local contractors, through updated guidelines for producing storytelling for sales outlets, editorial supervision and advertising. We have also ensured brand consistency even in local actions, and sales points with functional know-how to guarantee success.
