CHALLENGE
Involve employees to celebrate pasta with a series of dedicated activities, to encourage a culture of well-being in line with the company's principles and to celebrate the product at the heart of Barilla's identity.
STRATEGY
The creation of the online contest "Pasta is..." in which all the employees of the world were asked to tell their story of the way they lived pasta, sending a thought, a recipe and an image that represented the 5 fundamental values of the Barilla product.
RESULTS
The recipes of the contest were voted by the experts of Academia Barilla and included in a digital cookbook that collected the imagination evoked by the voices of employees, edited and developed by O-One.
