Challenge

Design the new online presence of Alce Nero, starting from the development of the e-commerce platform, to support the sale of the brand's wide range of organic products.

Strategy

O-One has supported Alce Nero in the implementation of the online sales strategy, from the restyling of the website to the creation of the e-commerce platform, configuring and customizing dedicated areas, promotions, product bundles, gift cards, and wishlists. E-commerce was also integrated with the ERP, for sending and managing orders, and with the mailing service.

Results

In the last year of activity with the brand (April 18 - April 19), over 3,000 new reports were reached, € 371k of total gross sales, and approximately € 30,000 of average monthly sales.
